Juice Fasting
The idea of juice fasting is somewhat controversial, as there is not enough scientific evidence to prove its benefits. Nevertheless, proponents of the practice say that the mainstream is closed minded to an idea that could transform your health.
The concept is as follows: the digestion processes that your body goes through during your daily life puts a constant strain on the system. Through modern eating habits, especially if you are eating processed or unhealthy foods, you are doing damage to your digestive system. By giving your body a rest, with a fast, you give yourself a chance to rest, recover, and heal.

The adding of juice to your fast serves several purposes. The first is to provide your body with the necessary nutrients to sustain itself in the short term, since it is deprived of normal food. In addition to this, depending on the specific juice that you drink, you will provide your organs with additional energy to expel toxins.
There are other, secondary benefits as well. One such example is weight loss, which is the motivation for many people to try a juice diet.
Ingredients used in juice fasts: Vegetables- celery, cucumber, tomato, pepper, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes Greens- parsley, kale, beet greens, chard, spinach, dandelion leaf Fruits- grapes, apples, berries Herbs- yucca root, fennel, spearmint, peppermint, basil, ginger, garlic, green onion, chili pepper, turmeric root, milk thistle Other-Wheatgrass juice, spirulina
I will not recommend for or against an all-out fast, as everyone's specific needs and level of health are different. Here's an article with some
