Vegetarian Pasta Recipe
This vegetarian pasta recipe is completely vegan, except for the optional cheese that you might want to top it off with. Of course, you can use your favorite vegan cheese substitute, if you have tried any before and you are familiar with the flavor and texture. I'm personally not too experienced with these 'fake cheeses', but I heard that they have come a long way recently, in terms of similarity to the real thing. It's up to you, as always, as are all dietary choices.
